LinkedIn Website Announcement - FACT
We’re excited to announce: Forum for Action, Change and Transformation now has an official website.
After five years of grassroots community work and one year as a formally registered organization, this digital platform marks an important milestone in how we connect with partners, share our impact, and make our work visible to those who need it most.
Our website provides transparent access to our programs in youth entrepreneurship, women’s economic empowerment, peacebuilding, mental health support, and vocational skills training. Potential partners, donors, and community members can now learn about our work, see our impact, explore collaboration opportunities, and connect with our team directly.
This matters because transparency builds trust. Community members can find resources and opportunities. Donors can see where their investment goes. Partners can understand our approach. Researchers and policymakers can access our community-led model as evidence for what works at grassroots level.
From Pheel Creations Hub to Baada ya Kazi, from mental health walks to peace and security dialogues, our work is now documented and accessible. This is how grassroots organizations scale impact while maintaining accountability and community connection.

Honored to welcome Isaac Muema from the International Labour Organization and Mr. Kimemia, Nakuru County Director of Youth and Social Services, to our hub at Pheel Creations Hub .

They came to see firsthand how Forum for Action, Change and Transformation is translating ILO Kenya’s agenda on decent work, youth employment, and women’s economic empowerment into grassroots reality.

Our conversation explored how FACT’s integrated approach vocational skills training, entrepreneurship ecosystems, mental health support, and digital inclusion creates tangible pathways from informal work to sustainable livelihoods. We discussed how our programs align with ILO’s priorities while addressing the specific challenges facing Nakuru County’s youth and women.

The visit opened important dialogue on scaling community-based models through partnerships between international organizations, county government, and grassroots implementers who understand local contexts and have earned community trust.
When global frameworks meet local action, sustainable change becomes possible. Grateful to work with stakeholders who recognize that addressing youth unemployment and women’s economic exclusion requires collaboration across all levels—from international policy to neighborhood-level implementation.
This is how we build decent work opportunities that transform lives in Nakuru County.

The Creative Meetup brought together many creatives from across Nakuru on Thursday at Pheel Creations Hub Hosted by Moseax and Forum for Action Change and Transformation .

Photographers, musicians,dancers, designers, artists, content creators, and entrepreneurs gathered not just to network, but to have real conversations about the business and impact of creative work.
We tackled branding beyond aesthetics. How your creative identity positions you in the market. How consistency builds trust with clients. How to communicate value, not just showcase talent.
We discussed money management for creatives. Pricing your work properly. Managing irregular income. Building financial sustainability in creative careers. Because talent without business sense keeps you struggling.
But the most powerful conversation centered on creativity as a tool for peace and social good in Nakuru City. How content creators can drive awareness on issues that matter. How photographers and filmmakers can document community stories that inspire change. How designers can create campaigns that educate and empower.
We explored how creatives have unique power to shape narratives, challenge stereotypes, and build bridges in our communities. Your camera, your design skills, your art are not just income tools. They are instruments for transformation.
The energy in the room proved something important: Nakuru’s creative community is ready to do more than create content. We are ready to create impact.
