Construction Update & Call to Action
We are grateful to share a major milestone in our journey toward a safe, sustainable home for children in our care. 🙏
The site house construction has officially started. This space will serve two critical purposes:
Secure storage for building materials and essential supplies
On-site accommodation, ensuring constant presence, safety, and accountability during construction
In addition, the toilet facility is ongoing and is expected to be completed before the end of the year, significantly improving hygiene and dignity on the site.
Why This Matters for Children
This project is not just about buildings—it is about child safety, care, and long-term sustainability. A completed main house will:
Provide a safe and protective environment for children
Ensure proper shelter, care, and supervision
Reduce long-term operational costs through planned, sustainable infrastructure
Strengthen our ability to protect vulnerable children and support their growth
Next Step: Construction of the Main House
We are now preparing to begin construction of the main house, and at this stage, we need all the support we can get.

🌱 Haven of Hope Children’s Home has land – now it’s time to build! With the landlord soon moving into his new house, we need to raise KES 19M to construct and fence a permanent home for our 42 children.
