To our valued community and dedicated members,
Mental health is not a luxury it is a necessity. In a world that often demands strength, we must also create space for healing, understanding, and support. No one should suffer in silence.
As a community, let us stand together to break the stigma, check on one another, and encourage open conversations. Every voice matters, every story counts, and every life is important.
To our members, your commitment continues to create safe spaces, empower individuals, and bring hope where it is needed most. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier future.
Let us continue to support, uplift, and remind each other: You are not alone, and your mental well-being matters.

For people living with HIV, representation is not symbolic.
It directly shapes access to services, quality of care, and the priorities that get funded.

The KCM process determines decisions that affect real lives, from treatment support to community programs.

That’s why this moment matters.

As the PLHIV community engages in ongoing KCM processes and elections, ensuring clarity on eligibility and requirements is critical to making sure representation is:
✔ Informed
✔ Inclusive
✔ Accountable

Because when representation is weak, communities are left out.
When it is strong, communities are heard.

📍 Ongoing KCM PLHIV Community Feedback Meeting
📅 20th–21st April | Kisumu

This is about ensuring PLHIV voices are not just present but shaping decisions that affect their day-to-day .

In the just concluded Health intergration Summit, that brought together partners, institutions, and communities, including people living with HIV.It was agreable that due to funding constraints integration is essential and a shift to a holistic, system-wide approach is inevitable. The PS Dr.Oluga called for one clear integration action with defined responsibilities, emphasizing accountability and collective effort.
As a community we agree and say..Intergration must be people centered ❗❗
‎intergration will not Succeed if it focus only on systems and technology..... Intergration is a process and not an Event ❗❗
