Strong men have feelings too. Real strength is not hiding painβ€”it's having the courage to speak about it, ask for support, and keep moving forward. Taking care of your mental health is a sign of wisdom, resilience, and self-respect. Every conversation matters. Every voice deserves to be heard. πŸ’™

Deep gratitude to our partners, sponsors, participants, models, and our incredible tech team for making it seamless and memorable. Special thanks to Merica Hotel for the warm hospitality and beautiful venue.

Yesterday, IFP WFI GAPF KENYA was honoured to be represented during the launch of the Military Veterans Nakuru Chapter (MILVENAC), a remarkable and historic gathering that brought together over 300 veterans alongside their supportive spouses.

We appreciate Lt. General H.W. Njoroge, MGH, DCO, CBS, PSC, AWC (USA), together with the retired Generals, Brigadiers, Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels, Majors, Captains, and all veterans present for their trust, guidance, and service to our nation.

Special appreciation to the Deputy Governor of Nakuru County and the Nakuru County Government delegation for witnessing the signing of the five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the organisation.

We are proud of the Peace Ambassador for representing the Global Peace Flag and for being incorporated into this noble initiative as the second woman amongst three, and the youngest civilian to address the gathering.

It was truly an honour to stand among distinguished leaders, patriots, and peace champions committed to service, unity, and nation-building.

As always:
I choose peace
I promote peace
I protect peace

This beautiful poem is a reminder that even in a world filled with noise, pain, and division, hope still exists β€” and peace begins with us. May these words from touch your heart the same way they touched ours. 🫑
