We sat down to listen to the testimonies of How God has transformed the lives of our girls and we were amazed by just how a small act of kindness can go a long way to positevely impacting the lives of others.

Winnie Joined the mentorship simce its inception in 2018 while she was in form one and now she is in campus pursuing her career.

"I have taken serious every little advise i continually receive from Blessed team and their encouragment keeps me going despite the challanges we have as a family".She stated.

What an incredible, impactful day at St. John’s Catholic Church in Korogocho!
Manna Ministries International in partnership with Blessed to be a Blessing Ministries, hosted a powerful Menstrual Hygiene Day outreach supporting over 1,000 young girls.The event focused on holistic wellness, education, and hope, tackling critical topics to empower the next generation:Sexual Reproductive Health: Breaking taboos, teaching vital body literacy,Ending the period stigma.Drug Abuse Awareness: Equipping girls with the knowledge to make safe choices.Salvation: Sharing a message of faith, spiritual growth, and purpose.
No girl should have to miss school or lose her dignity just because of her period. To directly combat period poverty, every single girl received essential care packages containing:Sanitary pads,Toilet tissue,Period cramp medications.And Each school carried an extra box of sanitary pads which will be of help to the students who are caught unprepared. thank you to our partners, volunteers, and donors who made this day possible. Together, we are restoring dignity, restoring hope, and shaping a brighter future!

Growing up, many of men were given an unspoken script on how to be a man.They were told to be tough,to be stoic. They were told that showing pain, crying, or admitting that they are struggling is a sign of weakness.But today, we want to challenge that script.
The truth is, staying silent doesn't make men strong. It just makes men to be lonely. Suppressing their trauma, their fears, and their pain isn't a badge of honor; it is a heavy burden that is breaking them from the inside out.When men hide their trauma, the pain does not vanish. It transforms. It turns into anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure. It shows up as sudden anger with our families, or it drives them to isolate themselves.
Far too often, this silence leads to tragic, irreversible outcomes. We are losing too many men to battles they are fighting completely in the dark."
But there are solutions:Healing begins the moment men finds the courage to open up. Vulnerability is not the absence of strength; it is the ultimate definition of courage. It takes guts to look at your past, admit you are hurting, and say, 'I need help.'When men share their problems, they strip them off their power. They realize they are not alone. By speaking up, they don't just heal themselves,they give the men around them permission to do the exact same thing.
To the men:True strength is not about carrying the world on your shoulders alone. True strength is having the courage to speak up and heal.

Healing for a purpose means moving past trauma to build a meaningful, self-chosen future. When speaking about these, this journey must prioritize safety, self-determination, and freedom from judgment.
The Key scripture was Luke 8:43-48.A WOMAN WHO HAD AN ISSUES OF BLOOD.
God never wastes your pain. When He heals you, it is not just to make you comfortable; it is to launch you into a specific divine assignment.The meeting concluded with a powerful and deeply moving move of the Holy Spirit among the young women.
What began as a structured gathering shifted into a sacred space of raw vulnerability as we began pouring out our hearts, weeping, and laying down heavy burdens in pursuit of emotional and spiritual healing. The atmosphere was charged with divine presence as tears flowed freely and chains were broken. The climax of the gathering came when the invitation for salvation was given; several young women courageously stepped forward, surrendering their desires and officially giving their lives to Jesus Christ. It was a profound finale marked by genuine repentance, restoration, and the joyful celebration of new beginnings in faith.

Most significant, yet often silent, hurdles young people face are depression ,anxiety,stigma,low self esteem ,peer pressure and the complex journey of forgiveness. drug abuse and addiction. This challenge is not just a personal failing but a complex societal crisis that robs young people of their health, future, and productivity
Blessed To be a Blessing mentors / facilitors tackled this challenges,,the causes,consequences and the solutions.The mentees were encouraged to remain focused and resillient no matter the challenges they encounter .
