1. Do you offer compensation for e-waste devices?
Yes, we offer compensation based on several factors, including the type, condition, and market value of recoverable materials. A site visit is required to assess the devices and determine compensation.

2. What types of e-waste do you accept?
We accept a wide range of electronic waste, including:

Computers, laptops, and accessories

Mobile phones and tablets

Household electronic appliances

Office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)

Televisions and monitors

Power supply units, batteries, and circuit boards

3. What is your e-waste recycling process?
Our process follows strict environmental and safety guidelines:

Collection & Sorting – We categorize e-waste based on type and condition.

Dismantling & Recovery – Usable components are salvaged for reuse.

Recycling & Disposal – Hazardous materials are disposed of responsibly.

Certified Destruction – Items beyond repair are destroyed securely.

4. Do you charge for your services?
Our e-waste collection, recycling, and disposal services are free of charge. However, specialized services such as data destruction and handling are charged at a minimum fee of 5,000 KES plus VAT.

5. Do you provide pickup services?
Yes, we offer door-to-door pickup services for businesses and individuals at no cost. Large-scale collections can be scheduled in advance.

6. How do you ensure secure data destruction?
We use industry-standard methods to ensure data security, including:

Data wiping for reusable devices

Degaussing for magnetic storage

Physical shredding of storage devices
We also provide certificates of data destruction upon request.
