WARGA ELITES FOUNDATION 2026 RAMADAN FOOD SUPPORT INITIATIVE

Today, Warga Elites Foundation successfully conducted a Ramadan food distribution exercise in Wargadud, reaching over 40 vulnerable households. This initiative aimed to provide relief and support to families during the holy month of Ramadan, a period that emphasizes compassion, generosity, and community solidarity.

Beneficiary households received essential dry food supplies including RICE, SUGAR, WHEAT FLOUR and COOKING OIL. These items are intended to help ease food insecurity while promoting dignity and well-being among vulnerable community members.

Since its establishment in JANUARY 2019, Warga Elites Foundation has remained committed to community empowerment, humanitarian support, and social welfare programs.

This year marks the Foundation’s 8th consecutive Iftaar outreach program, reflecting sustained dedication to supporting vulnerable populations through consistent and impactful interventions.

The Foundation appreciates the continued support of members, partners and well-wishers who make these initiatives possible. As we continue our mission, we welcome collaboration, partnerships, and support to expand our reach and strengthen community resilience.

The Warga Elites Foundation continues to demonstrate the true spirit of giving through philanthropy, community development, and empowerment programs aimed at supporting vulnerable members of our community.

WARGA ELITES FOUNDATION (WEF)

Warga Elites Foundation (WEF) is a duly established, non-profit, non-political, and charitable organization founded in January 2019. The Foundation is committed exclusively to advancing the welfare and social well-being of the community, with particular emphasis on supporting the poor, the needy, orphans, and other vulnerable members of Wargadud Town.

The primary objective of WEF is to promote sustainable community welfare through targeted humanitarian interventions designed to uplift disadvantaged individuals and families. The Foundation operates on principles of compassion, equity, and social responsibility, seeking to address immediate needs while fostering long-term community development.

In furtherance of its charitable mandate, WEF also actively supports religious and educational advancement within the community. Recognizing that Islamic institutions such as mosques, Duksis and Madrasas often operate without reliable sources of income, the Foundation considers it both prudent and necessary to assist in strengthening and sustaining these institutions for the broader benefit of society.

Since its inception, WEF has undertaken numerous initiatives aimed at improving living standards and promoting dignity among vulnerable households. These initiatives include, but are not limited to:
* Construction of sanitation facilities, including community and household toilets;
* Provision of roofing materials and structural support to impoverished and vulnerable families;
* Implementation of an annual Iftar Program during the Holy Month of Ramadan and Qurbani sacrifice during idul adha.

Warga Elites Foundation operates with a commitment to accountability, transparency, and inclusivity. The Foundation welcomes partnerships, collaborations, and participation from like-minded individuals, donors, and stakeholders within Wargadud and beyond who share its vision of strengthening community welfare and promoting social justice.
