Beyond The Summit : Building the Future of AI for Social Impact

As technology continues to reshape every sector, NGOs must be equipped with the tools and skills needed to remain effective, relevant, and sustainable. Artificial intelligence is no longer a future conversation it is a present-day opportunity to strengthen programme delivery, improve decision-making, mobilize resources, and amplify community impact.

In this spirit, The Global NGO Stakeholders Summit Chair Tuva Adams Tuva held a strategic engagement with Mumbi Ndung’u, Co-founder and Executive Director, Power Learn Project Africa to explore a partnership focused on advancing AI adoption across the NGO sector.

The discussions focused on co-developing innovative software solutions for NGOs, delivering AI-focused training programmes, mobilizing partners to support capacity building, to prepare NGOs and community organizations for the future of technology.

From simple community-driven digital solutions to advanced artificial intelligence applications, the opportunities are immense. Together, we are laying the foundation for a partnership that will empower organizations across Africa to innovate, scale their impact, and drive sustainable development.

Beyond the Summit: Strengthening Partnerships for Greater Social Impact

Our Summit Chairman, Mr.Tuva Adams Tuva , paid a courtesy visit to the Country Director of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), Mr.Kenan Yigit to explore strategic areas of collaboration and establish a long-term working partnership.

The discussions focused on opportunities to jointly advance capacity building for NGOs and CBOs through Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes, donor readiness training, education partnerships, and exchange learning opportunities both locally and in Türkiye. The meeting also explored collaboration on the development of the upcoming Global NGO Stakeholders Summit Convention Centre and other initiatives that will strengthen Africa's social impact ecosystem.

Beyond institutional partnerships, we look forward to working together on upcoming community impact activities along Kenya's Coast, including tree planting, mangrove restoration, and beach clean-up campaigns, as we continue to champion sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
This engagement marks another important step in building sustainable strategic partnerships that will accelerate the implementation of our shared vision for stronger, more resilient, and more impactful development organizations across Africa.
