At CareNest CBO, we believe that nurturing young minds goes beyond education it also means equipping children with essential life skills that help them build healthy relationships and peaceful communities.

Our children learned about conflict resolution, understanding the importance of listening to one another, communicating respectfully, managing emotions, apologizing when wrong, and finding peaceful solutions to disagreements.

We are raising a generation that chooses dialogue over violence, understanding over anger, and forgiveness over resentment. Every lesson is a step toward building a more peaceful and compassionate community.

On 3rd October, CareNest CBO held another impactful mentorship session with our children, creating a safe and open space for both boys and girls to talk, learn, and share their experiences.

The boys and girls had separate talks where they were encouraged to express themselves, discuss the challenges they face, build confidence, and learn the importance of making positive and responsible choices.

At CareNest, we believe that mentorship is not just about teaching it is about listening, guiding, encouraging, and helping young people discover their potential

Yesterday, 1st October, CareNest CBO, in coordination with our valued partner, had the privilege of conducting a school feeding outreach that reached 400 students

It was a beautiful opportunity to share a meal, bring joy, and remind these young learners that their wellbeing matters. Every meal served is more than food it is an investment in the health, dignity, and future of our children.

We are grateful to our friends for joining hands with us to make this outreach possible. Together, we continue empowering communities and nurturing lives

Yesterday during our anniversary celebrations, CareNest CBO was blessed to receive Invited Guests, partners and friends to the organization. We thank everyone who made every effort to make the day a great success. We are also grateful to our ever loving students.A special mention to our hardworking volunteers and staff.

Yesterday,19th September, our CareNest family gathered for an inspiring lesson on Cain and Abel, reflecting on the importance of love, obedience, humility, and the choices we make in our daily lives.

The room was filled with energy, laughter, participation, and eager hearts! And with our 1st Anniversary celebrations just around the corner, the excitement among the children and the entire CareNest family was truly amazing.

We are grateful for every child, volunteer, mentor, partner, and supporter who continues to be part of this journey.

One year of empowering communities and nurturing lives and by God’s grace, many more years ahead!

Whe God Calls, He Equips!

Today at CareNest CB, ！we journeyed through the powerful story ofMoses and the Burning Bush from Exodus 3. We reminded our children that God can call us from ordinary places to do extraordinary things, and that His presence is always with those He sends.

The story taught us about faith, obedience, courage, and listening to God's voice Just as Moses was called for a greater purpose, we believe every child has a unique purpose and potential that can make a difference in their community and beyond. ❤️

We are grateful for another opportunity to nurture young hearts, build character, and plant seeds of faith and hope.

Today, CareNest CBO in company of Dr.Genn and Pst. Winnie of Desert Child Foundation held a meaningful Community Engagement Session with the local schools we work with.

The session provided an important opportunity to connect, strengthen our partnership, listen, share ideas, and explore how we can continue working together for the wellbeing and development of children in our community.

We are grateful to the school representatives and everyone who continues to walk this journey with us. Together, we are building stronger partnerships and creating a brighter future for our children.

A Blessed Day at CareNest CBO 💙💚🧡

Today, we were truly blessed to welcome two wonderful visitors, Winnie Lotukoi (Founder Desert child) from Samburu and Dr. Genñ from Germany whose presence brought joy, encouragement, and a beautiful sense of connection to our CareNest family. We are grateful for their time, love, and willingness to share in our journey of empowering communities and nurturing lives.

Our mentorship session was centered on the powerful story of Jacob and Joseph, teaching our children valuable lessons about faith, perseverance, family, purpose, forgiveness, and trusting God even when the journey is difficult.

The smiles, lessons, interactions, and fellowship made today special. We are grateful for everyone who continues to stand with CareNest and invest in the lives of these young ones.
