CADCKE will endeavor to reach the local communities through ideal strategies with maximum impact which will include but not limited to: Community health strategy; education/school strategy; religious/church strategy etc. Existing approaches such as community health strategies will be adopted. This will include capacity building for Community Health Volunteers (CHV), Church groups, Community Health

Committees (CHC) and Community Health Extension workers (CHEWs) on alcohol and drug abuse issues so that they can be able to sensitize community members on the same. Other strategies will include: peer education strategies, school clubs, mentorship programs in colleges, induction programs in universities and colleges, strategies used in the Matatu industry, and various church platforms.
