Today marked a defining moment for our secondary school cooks and matrons/caterers, who graduated in a colorful ceremony where I was represented by my able team.

This followed the successful completion of a four-day catering and housekeeping training offered by Kibondeni College. The training was conducted at St. Anthony Boys, Sirisia, and aimed at fostering adaptability and enhancing creativity in service delivery.

The Sirisia Sub-county Director of Education, who joined the ceremony as a guest, described the training as a noble step toward making the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) a reality.

We extend our sincere gratitude to UWEPA and Kibondeni College for partnering with Khwinyusiane Foundation to ensure the success of this training.

Today marked the second day of the Catering and Housekeeping training for secondary school cooks, matrons, and cateresses at St. Anthony Boys’ Sirisia.

The training, conducted in partnership with Kibondeni College, was officially launched by the Sirisia Sub-County Quality Assurance Officer.

In his address, he lauded the crucial roles played by cooks, cateresses, and matrons in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. He emphasized their contribution to students’ welfare and overall school efficiency, and encouraged the participants to fully embrace the training to enhance their skills and improve service delivery in their respective institutions.
