Yes, it is true that Livingstone Kunini Ntutu has moved to the Supreme Court after the Court of Appeal decision. However, Kenyans and the people of Narok must understand one important thing: this is now the final legal stage of this long-running Olkiombo matter.
The public should remember:
1. The 2018 Supreme Court directions and findings touching on the dispute.
2. The Parliamentary Committee report that raised serious concerns regarding the Olkiombo land issue.
3. The Court of Appeal judgment delivered in Nakuru on 8th May 2026.
What is now clear is that this matter is no longer under the mercy or political convenience of the County Government of Narok. Whether the County Government chooses to actively participate or not, ResoluteRise Community Based Organization is fully prepared to pursue justice to the end.
For years, this case has dragged on because it became a political negotiation tool — managed through “consents,” survival tactics, and behind-the-scenes arrangements by politicians and interested parties. But ResoluteRise CBO is not seeking positions, favors, or negotiations. Our position remains firm: this matter must come to a lawful and final conclusion once and for all.
The people deserve truth, accountability, and justice over Olkiombo.
Regards,
Hon Concern
