On Friday, I Grow Africa Centre (IGAC), in collaboration with the Vihiga Youth Wash Parliament, officially kicked off Day 1 of establishing our Eco Hub Nursery — a bold step towards youth-led climate action and environmental conservation in Vihiga County.
This Eco Hub is more than a nursery. It will serve as a living space for learning, innovation, and nurturing green livelihoods, while restoring our environment and inspiring community ownership. From preparing the ground to planting the first seeds of change, Friday marked the beginning of a journey rooted in partnership and purpose.
At IGAC, we believe real impact grows when young people lead and communities come together to shape a sustainable future.
The journey has begun. The future is green.
