Are you a professional committed to building accessible, equitable, and inclusive services for persons with disabilities?

Many people encounter barriers not because they lack ability, but because systems, processes, and environments were never designed with inclusion in mind.

The Certified Inclusive Practitioner Course equips professionals with practical skills to design and deliver services that are accessible, respectful, and responsive to the needs of persons with disabilities.

Whether you work in HR, law, banking, healthcare, education, coaching, county government, or service delivery, this course will help you create processes that promote participation, dignity, and equal access for all.

Inclusion isn’t a statement β€” it’s a practice. 🀟🏾

A moment from one of our role-play sessions at Disability Justice & Mediation Africa, where sign language interpreters from Kwale County helped create a learning space where communication, participation, and lived experience are at the centre.

When we design learning spaces with access in mind, everyone gets to participate, contribute, and be heard.
Disability justice means leaving no one behind β€” not even in the classroom.

Are you a mediator(CPM) or ADR practitioner from Turkana County looking to strengthen your practice and confidently handle cases involving persons with disabilities?
Every mediation process should be accessible, respectful, and inclusive.

There are people who walk into mediation rooms already unheard.
Not because they have nothing to say, but because the process was never designed to include them.

This training is designed for mediators and ADR practitioners who want to strengthen their practice and confidently handle cases involving persons with disabilities.

Join us for a practical evening course focused on real skills you can apply immediately.

Inclusive mediation is not optional. It is essential for building systems where every voice is heard and every dispute is resolved with dignity.

As our societies grow more complex and diverse, mediators must be equipped to facilitate dialogue, navigate power, and design processes that remain accessible and responsive to everyone involved.

A wonderful engagement with Kakuma Refugee Camp organizations of persons with disabilities.

Today was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with some of the mediators and representatives from Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) in Kakuma Refugee Camp whom we recently trained.

Our discussions focused on the next step beyond trainingβ€”mentorship. Together, we explored how mediation can strengthen inclusive systems design, support collaboration among stakeholders, and contribute to more accessible, participatory, and sustainable inclusion efforts across Kakuma.

Building inclusive communities requires more than skills training; it requires continuous learning, partnerships, and a shared commitment to ensuring that persons with disabilities are at the center of decision-making.

We look forward to walking this mentorship journey together as we continue advancing disability justice, inclusive mediation, and systems that work for everyone.
