DIJMA Africa invites professionals, community leaders, practitioners, and aspiring mediators to join our 40 Hour Inclusive Professional Mediation Course, designed to strengthen practical mediation skills while introducing participants to disability inclusive mediation approaches that respond to the realities of today’s communities, workplaces, institutions, and justice spaces.

As a Judiciary recognized mediation training institution, DIJMA Africa provides practical tools, professional mentorship, and a strong foundation for those interested in mediation practice and future MAC accreditation pathways.

We proudly celebrated the graduation of our I
CPM Cohort, Certified Professional Mediators, professionals who made a conscious decision to go beyond conflict resolution and learn how to mediate matters involving persons with disabilities with dignity, accessibility, empathy, and inclusion at the center.

In the room were mediators, sign language interpreters, counselors, social workers β€” all united by one belief: that justice must be accessible, human-centered, and inclusive for all.

Special recognition to representatives from National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) Mr Rogito, And various OPDs From Nakuru County and beyond as well as every participant committed to ensuring that mediation leaves no one behind.

In the room were mediators, sign language interpreters, counselors, social workers, and senior police officers, community health workers β€” all united by one belief: that justice must be accessible, human-centered, and inclusive for all.
