On Saturday October 4, we had an amazing training with Tigist Hailu, explored our values, and learned about the GERD with a fun trivia session. Huge thanks to everyone who came. Can't wait for our next Bunna ENጠEጣ!"

ቅዳሜ ኦክቶበር 4 ከተጋባዥ አሰልጣኝ ትዕግስት ኃይሉ ጋር ✨️ ድንቅ✨️ የሆነ የሥልጠና ጊዜ አሳልፈናል:: እሴቶቻችንን በጥልቀት የዳሰስንበት 💭 : የበለጠ የተዋወቅንበት 😊 : ጠቃሚ ልምዶችና አስተማሪ ውይይት ያደረግንበት አስደሳች ቀን ነበር።

ከሥልጠናው በኋላ ለሀገራችን ትልቅ ምዕራፍ ስለሆነው የህዳሴ ግድብ 🇪🇹 አዝናኝ ጥያቄና መልስ ውድድር ተካሂዷል:: ለማህበራችን ገቢ ማሰባሰቢያ 💰 የሚሆን ውብ ባህላዊ ሻርፕ በጨረታ በ4,000 ኬንያ ሽልንግ ተሽጧል 👏👏 ። ከኪሱሙና ኪያምቡ ድረስ የመጡ እህቶቻችንን ጨምሮ ለተገኛችሁ በሙሉ ልዩ ምስጋና ይድረሳችሁ። እውቀቷን ላካፈለችን ወ/ሮ ትዕግስት ሀይሉን ከልብ እናመሰግናለን። 🙏🏼

​ እሴቶቻችን ከአኗኗራችን ጋር ምን ያህል ይጣጣማሉ? በህይወቴ ውስጥ ለእኔ በጣም አስፈላጊ የሆኑ፣ ውሳኔዎቼን እና ድርጊቶቼን የሚመሩ መርሆዎቼን አውቃቸዋለሁ 🤔💡?

​ይህንን እና መሰል ወሳኝ ጥያቄዎችን አብረን እንድንመረምር ወርቅ (WERK) ማህበር ወደሚያዘጋጀው ቡና እንጠጣ ፕሮግራም ✨☕️ ️✨️ በአክብሮት ይጋብዝዎታል።

​በአሰልጣኝ እና ሳይኮቴራፒስት በወ/ሮ ትዕግስት ኃይሉ እየተመራን፤ በውይይት፣ በስልጠና እና ተግባራዊ ልምምዶች በማድረግ የግል እሴቶቻችንን እንረዳለን። ቡና እየጠጣን ፣ እየተማማርን ፣ ጥሩ ጊዜ እናሳልፍ !

On this International Women's Day, Ethiopian Airlines flew to 5 international destinations and 1 domestic flight with an all female crew, from the pilot and cabin crew, to on ground technicians.

These all-women-operated flights depart from Addis Ababa to Bahir Dar, Athens, Delhi, Dubai, Windhoek, and Sao Polo, showcasing a significant milestone in Ethiopian Airlines' ongoing efforts to elevate the presence and participation of women in the aviation industry.

We were honored to have Ms. Seblewongel Azene, the managing director of Ethiopian Airlines in Kenya, for a panel discussion at the Ethiopian Embassy in Kenya, to highlight the challenges and opportunities women have today. We are greatful to all the women that took part in celebrating the International Women's Day with us.

Women of Ethiopia Residing in Kenya (WERK) Association will celebrate its first year anniversary on the 8th if March at the Ethiopian embassy in Kenya.

WERK is dedicated to women's empowerment personal and business development, community engagement, networking opportunities, advocacy, education, and cultural preservation.

Our association was honored to participate in the Ethio-Kenya Women Exporters Trade Fair, part of the Ethiopian Women Exporters Trade Mission (December 5-7, 2024). The event brought together inspiring businesswomen from Ethiopia and Kenya.

We were privileged to introduce our association and its mission while also contributing to the event's success. We provided support with financial payment solutions, created networking and collaboration channels with Kenyan businesses, and our association members made significant purchases from the businesses of the inspiring women. We also contributed to the event's hospitality by providing food and drinks.

We look forward to future collaborations with the remarkable women we met. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Ethiopian Embassy and CAWEE for this valuable opportunity.
