Another milestone reached with the 3rd Cohort of BOLD Initiative, and what a journey it has been!

We celebrate and congratulate each and every graduate for their commitment, consistency, and willingness to learn and grow throughout the programme.

It has been 6 months of learning, unlearning, showing up, asking questions, building connections, and stretching beyond comfort zones. We celebrate the progress made.

​It is easy to lead when the vision is new and the energy is high. But real leadership is found in the "middle." It’s the discipline to keep going when the grind feels heavy. It’s the integrity to stick to the plan when no one is cheering.
