Empowered and Educated: Supporting Women's Education in Childcare

Its important to understand how to take care of children because of the sensitivity of children. It also allows them as the day-care owners to be able to implement effective discipline which leads to better behavioral outcomes in children.
In our workshops, we teach them about how the children will look at the daycare as a home-away-from-home environment and that they should lead with example for the children, behaviour wise, so when the parents come to pick them the children are different from when they came.
