“He is not here; He has risen.” — Luke 24:6

Easter is a powerful reminder that no situation is ever beyond redemption. What may feel like an ending can be the beginning of something greater.

In our lives, in leadership, and in purpose—there will be moments of doubt, delay, and difficulty. But the message of Easter calls us to rise above it all with faith, courage, and hope.

May this season fill your heart with peace, renew your strength, and inspire you to keep moving forward.

Kevin, a hopeless romantic and self-declared ‘relationship expert’ (with zero credentials, mind you), decides to surprise his girlfriend one day. He goes all out—chocolates, flowers and the likes.

Excited, he rushes to her place, only to find her already having a romantic dinner… with her *nutritionist*.

And at that moment, Kevin remembered a song by one of Kenya's artist..."Hisia nyingi ndani ya roho..."

Turns out, while Kevin was focusing on romantic grand gestures, his girlfriend was focusing on her *actual* health. “Babe, I told you," she sighs, "wellness is the real love language.”

What I am trying to push for here is that, Love and health go hand in hand—whether in relationships, personal well-being, or even in navigating the challenges of HIV/AIDS and wellness in today’s world.

And that’s exactly what we’re discussing TONIGHT in our **Love & Health in Times of Crisis** webinar. Let’s talk love, well-being, and the realities we need to address together.
