Keeping Girls in School!

We recently visited a local secondary school in Marani Sub-county, Kisii County, to distribute period care packages to the girls.

High school is full of big goals and bright futures—the last thing any student should worry about is having access to basic period products. By equipping these girls with essential care, we’re helping them stay in class, stay confident, and take pride in their health.

To all the amazing students we met: keep taking up space! ❤️

The Kenya Menstrual Economy Conference marked a definitive shift in how we approach menstrual health—moving it from an isolated social conversation to the center of economic and environmental strategy.

Participating in these dialogues was both a privilege and a powerful reminder of what is possible when government, innovators, and development partners align.

Economic Dignity: True equity begins when we invest heavily in local manufacturing and support women-led enterprises.

Environmental Responsibility: Shifting toward a circular economy and sustainable waste management systems is no longer optional; it is the blueprint for the future.

The Declaration isn't just a document; it's a long-term commitment to redesigning systems for a dignified, sustainable future.

Looking forward to the continued journey and collaboration with everyone I shared this space with.

As an official Global Partner for , our mission remains clear: to build a world where menstruation is a normal fact of life, not a source of shame, limitation, or inequality. 🙅‍♀️❤️
Right here in Kenya, we are actively breaking down barriers by focusing on the core pillars of a period-friendly world:
🩸 Access: Ensuring safe, affordable, and quality menstrual products reach every single menstruator.
📚 Education: Dismantling taboos and providing accurate menstrual health education from an early age.
💧 Infrastructure: Advocating for clean, private, and dignified water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities.
No one should be held back because they menstruate. True equity starts with menstrual dignity. 🩹💪
We are incredibly proud to stand alongside thousands of partners worldwide to turn awareness into tangible, systemic action on the ground.
