Ajax Rock City Mathare is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated *Volunteer Club Secretary* to join our team.
As a community football club, we believe in nurturing local talent and creating positive impact through sports. The Club Secretary will play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining proper records.
Role Responsibilities:
* Taking minutes during meetings
* Managing club correspondence (emails, letters, notices)
* Organizing meetings and keeping track of schedules
* Maintaining club records and documents
* Assisting in coordinating events and match fixtures
Who We’re Looking For:
* Someone passionate about football and community development
* Organized and reliable
* Good communication and writing skills
* Basic computer literacy (MS Word, email)
*Location:* Mathare, Nairobi
*Commitment:* Part-time, volunteer basis.
