OUR OFFICE is in the STREETS and OUR CLIENTS are the CHILDREN living in there
Worldwide, millions of children live sleep or survive on the streets; because of conflict, abuse or violence in their families, death of a parent/guardian or poverty. Most of these children on the streets beg for a living, doing it to support their families back home. Some were abandoned by their families because they had mental or physical disabilities or because they didn’t study hard enough and were not doing well at school.
Without support and encouragement they face danger that changes their lives for the worse. They want to be in school and in a family, growing like any other child.
We work to help these children off the streets, away from risk, to a family and into school. We don't believe in children centres but work toward changing the lives of as many children as possible. We spend time meeting and befriending children on the streets; through trust we build again the missing link in most street children's lives.
We work to guard the children and prevent them from depending on the street in the first place.
