The Court has upheld and affirmed the place for Justice and Digital Democracy.
Once again, the Rule of Law and Our sovereignty reigns supreme.
The Flag and constitution has defended us.
Rose Njeri is Free unconditionally. The court has dropped her charges filed by the State against her, the charges were baseless.

Your Voice counts. worked. We welcome this ruling and applaud your place in making this happen. We maintain that Digital Democracy and Respect for the Civic space both offline and Online is protected and enshrined in our constitution. The use of Tech to expand civic action and aid in Public Participation is protected and anchored in the Bill of rights, Article 1 and 2 of the constitution. Each citizen has the right to protect and uphold the Constitution. The parliament of Kenya is not exempt in exercising Public Participation on the digital sphere. Therefore to bring an end to abuse of Digital Human Rights,
Kenyans have vowed to march to state house to Demand the end of Digital Rights Violations and .
