This afternoon, the Kenya China Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCCI) led by our Chairman Mr. Tim Chen, Vice Chairman Mr. Peter Waweru, and Director Dr. Blak Aende, hosted representatives of Equinox Group Ltd—at our offices in Nairobi for a high-level consultative meeting. The agenda: exploring a strategic partnership ahead of a historic visit by Chinese investors and venture capitalists to Kenya in July 2025.

The landmark visit comprising influential investors and venture capitalists from China, is expected to engage directly with Kenyan businesses in key sectors including manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, green energy, real estate, and startups.
