We spent the better part of the day at Gorgeous Technical Institute in Thika Town, led by our CEO Paul Victor , alongside our Director of Events & Programs, Monica Mungai; Business Development & Marketing Lead, Michael Othili; and Research Lead, Mark Odhiambo

We were honoured to join other leaders, business executives, corporate representatives led by Damaris Wa Dama Spares Original, Muthoni AKA Baby Top , Karangu Muraya and guests led by the Chief Guest Hon Ndindi Nyoro , in celebrating 10 years of Gorgeous Technical Institute’s existence and the graduation of its students.

We are grateful for the invitation to grace this important milestone and to celebrate the institution’s remarkable contribution to technical and vocational education and youth empowerment.

A key highlight of our visit was the official handover of the Wezesha Award 2026 won by Gorgeous Technical Institute during our recently concluded Wezesha Awards 2026.

Our CEO, Paul Victor, had the honour of presenting the Wezesha Awards to the institution’s Director Jacky Kibutha, in recognition of the institution’s outstanding contribution and impact.

Congratulations to the entire Gorgeous Technical Institute fraternity on 10 years of excellence, transformation, and empowering the next generation through skills and technical education.

At Wezesha Youth Initiative, we remain committed to celebrating, recognising, and building partnerships with institutions and individuals making a meaningful difference in society.

🎉 Celebrating New Leadership at Wezesha!

We are delighted to announce the elevation of Monica Njeri Mungai to Director of Events, Programs & Operations at Wezesha Youth Initiative. 🌟

Monica is an experienced event organizer with expertise in décor and event coordination. She is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Mathematics at JKUAT, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.

In addition to her new role, Monica continues to support the Office of the CEO as Personal Assistant, contributing to the smooth coordination and ex*****on of our programs and activities.

We are confident that her energy, dedication and diverse skills will take our events, programs and operations to the next level.
