For many students at ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ, access to technology has long been limited. Today, that is changing. Through a partnership between ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฉ๐ก๐๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ (A UK-Based Charity Organization that collects, refurbishes and supplies computers to schools in Africa at a subsidized cost), the school has received a ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ค ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ค๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ, creating new opportunities for learners to develop the digital skills needed for education, employment, and life in an increasingly connected world.
The signing of a ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that these resources are safeguarded and used to benefit students for years to come. Behind every computer is a learner eager to research, create, solve problems, and discover new possibilities that were previously beyond reach.
Kobala Mixed Secondary School is the first of ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ we hope to support before the end of the year. Together with our partners and communities, we are working to ensure that more learners have access to the tools, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive in the digital age.
