It was an inspiring and rejuvenating evening last night as we reflected on Rotary Burnout with ARRFC, PDG,DJ Leonard Ithau.

We were delighted to fellowship with members of RC Nairobi Celebrate and Rotarians from other clubs who joined us online.

We also celebrated Rotarian Brenda Nyaga for championing the HPV/DNA Project last Rotary year and for her commitment to continue serving this year.

Rotary Club of Nairobi Thika Road Holds “Meet the Board” Fellowship

Yesterday evening, members of the Rotary Club of Nairobi Thika Road gathered for an engaging and inspiring “Meet the Board – The Year Ahead” fellowship at The Luke Hotel, Roasters .

During the session, President Njeri Burugu and members of the Board shared their vision, goals, and strategic plans for the 2026/27 Rotary year. Each director outlined the priorities of their respective committee, highlighting upcoming projects, fellowship initiatives, membership growth efforts, public image activities, youth programs, and community impact projects that will guide the club throughout the year.

The fellowship provided members with a clear understanding of the club’s direction and, more importantly, demonstrated how every member has a role to play in creating lasting impact . Members were encouraged to actively participate in committees aligned with their interests and talents, ensuring that service remains collaborative, meaningful, and impactful.

The evening was marked by thoughtful discussions, enthusiastic participation, and a renewed sense of purpose as the club looks forward to another year of Service Above Self.

Together, we are ready to Create Lasting Impact in the communities we serve.

Karibu Kenya DG JOINT Fellowship | First Fellowship of the Rotary Year

*The Rotary Club of Nairobi Thika Road* was honoured to host the first Karibu Kenya Fellowship of the 2026–2027 Rotary year, welcoming our District Governor, DG Esayas, and his lovely spouse, Rahel.

The evening brought together over 200 Rotarians, Rotaractors, Assistant Governors, Regional Coordinators, Club Presidents, and members from clubs across the Nairobi and Eastern regions for an inspiring evening of fellowship, networking, and shared purpose.

The programme was animated by the Participating Club Presidents, creating a warm and vibrant Rotary atmosphere.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to DG Esayas and Rahel for gracing the occasion, and to every club and guest who joined us.

Thank you to our organizing committee and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the fellowship a memorable success.
