Today, we celebrate freedom, resilience, unity, and the strength of our nation.

At Beacon of Hope Community, we also celebrate the everyday strength of mothers — the women who raise families, carry dreams, overcome challenges, and nurture hope even in difficult seasons.

May we continue building a Kenya where every mother feels supported, every child feels safe, and no woman has to walk her journey alone.

Happy Madaraka Day from our community to yours.

As we celebrate this beautiful season of faith, sacrifice, and compassion, we are reminded of the importance of community, kindness, and showing up for one another.

To every mother navigating motherhood quietly, carrying heavy emotions behind brave smiles, or simply trying to make it through one day at a time, we see you, we honor you, and you are not alone.

May this Eid bring peace to your heart, warmth to your home, and comfort to your soul 🌸

With love,
Mums Who Understand 🤍

We have a march on 7th June 2026 in solidarity with the babies and children who have lost their lives.

We will be lighting candles and saying their names.

Please make sure you come.

Come pray for the departed souls.

Pray for the children who are still here, yet are secretly being harmed by people close to them.

Pray for the children who are terrified because they lost their siblings.

Pray for mothers grieving children who went missing and were never traced.

Pray for mothers grieving children who were killed by relatives.

Come on 7th June 2026.

Bring your friends

Come, and let the march numbers be as large as the number of children we have lost so far.

Because the number is painfully high.

Over 10,000 babies and children.

We may not bring them back, but we can refuse to stay silent.
