When education becomes collective
Education reinvents itself when teachers no longer walk alone. It is in cooperation, the exchange of experiences and mutual support that the greatest pedagogical transformations are born.
On October 5, World Teachers’ Day, let’s pay tribute to all those who dare to dream together, build bridges between their classes and their knowledge, and grow the school in a spirit of sorority and brotherhood.
We are particularly thinking of teachers who, in the East of the DRC, continue to instruct in difficult conditions and often at the risk of their safety. We also welcome the courage and commitment of the teachers of our Shasha school, currently under construction, who are already preparing the future of a generation of children too long deprived of education in also very difficult conditions without benches or quality school infrastructure.
Because a teacher accompanied, supported and listened to is a world of better trained, more confident and more open students.
