Yesterday, members of the Realites Toastmasters Club had the distinct privilege of participating in the Toastmasters District 114 Corporate Summit 2026 – Nairobi Edition at Strathmore Business School.

It was a proud moment for our club as we attended alongside our CEO (NW Realite), joining District and International Toastmasters Directors to explore a theme that is reshaping the modern workplace:

"The New Currency of Corporate Leadership: Communication, Leadership, and Influence."

As a club, we see firsthand how these skills transform professional environments. The summit reinforced that the ability to articulate a vision and lead with influence is the ultimate "currency" for impactful leadership today.

We are incredibly grateful for the leadership development platforms offered by Toastmasters International globally. These resources continue to empower our members to grow in confidence, sharpen their communication skills, and lead our organization with purpose.
