After everything we shared in Chapter 5, we’re opening the doors to another chapter and this time, we’re taking it further.
Registration for Chapter 6 is officially open.

We’re inviting 12 Men’s and 10 Women’s teams, aged 18–25, to be part of another chapter of basketball, mental well-being, creativity and community.

🔺️To register your Team LINK IS IN BIO 🔗

And for those wondering what Chapter 6 has in store, the basketball is only part of it. We’ll be making room again for mental health conversations, Art Therapy, connection and reflection.

See you in Chapter 6 of Mental Hoops Mtaani. 🏀

The assignment was simple:
✨ Relax.
✨ Art therapy.
✨ Have a real conversation.
✨ Leave feeling a little lighter.

Safe to say… everyone understood the assignment. 😌🎨💛

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our Wellness Corner—you made it such a beautiful space.

More than a conference, it was a movement. ✨

From meaningful conversations on abortion rights and mental health to dancing across cultures through drums, Kizomba and shared traditions, ARJC Kenya reminded us of the power of community.

We listened. We learned. We challenged each other. We imagined a future where justice, dignity and care are accessible to everyone.

Because revolution starts with us. ❤️✊🏾

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at ARJC 2026! 💜

Your conversations, questions, and support remind us why advocacy matters. Here’s to keeping the conversation on mental health and SRH going.

Sunday felt like more than just a walk… it felt like a movement. ✨

Afrikala Arts had the honor of joining 3rd Park Hospital for a 5KM silent walk at Karura Forest-raising awareness on endometriosis and adenomyosis and reminding us all that period pain is not normal.

And yes… we walked, played games but we also danced A LOT. 💃🏾
There was so much joy, so much energy, and such a beautiful sense of community.

We learned, unlearned and connected, with even a nutritionist on site from guiding us on healthier living.

To everyone who showed up-you made it unforgettable. 💃🏽✨❤️
To those who missed it… you really did 😅 but the conversation has just begun.
