Global Platforms 📌

Our Executive Director represented us at the Africa Forward summit, a high-level event hosted in Nairobi under the theme, ' Africa-France Partnership for Innovation and Growth.

The discussion spanned green economies, creative and sports industry and digital technologies. Strategic partnerships and investments in the key economic pillars form a base for jobs creation and socioeconomic development for many young people.

The summit agenda aligned with our priority areas on economic development and inclusion of the youths. We acknowledge the role of global partnerships in contributing to national and local impact.

Spotlight Monday!

We were ably represented at the 2026 African Women Summit in Zanzibar; an event that brought together African women leaders and policymakers for an intergenerational dialogue on the status of women participation in governance in Africa.

We are proud of our network member, Ms Brenda who shared about our work and her journey as a young woman in politics.

We are committed to pushing the inclusion agenda in local, national and regional spaces.

At the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Summit, our campus chapter actively engaged in the event dialogue, giving their submissions on the subject and sharing about their initiatives.
The event sought to enable an intergenerational dialogue on entrepreneurship, with seasoned women in the creative economy and business sharing inspiration from their journeys.

We are proud of the campus chapter for showing up and speaking up for the young women of Kenya.

Discussion on youth engagement in electoral process on Ramogi TV , a local language-based TV station.
Our Director explained the importance of voter registration, especially for the youths during the now launched Nationwide Enhanced Voter Registration Exercise.

Active civic engagement as Kenyan youth gives them the opportunity to participate in democracy and let their voices be heard.

As an accredited Voter Education provider by Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) , we are intentional about providing the accurate information about voter registration and voting.

Let's continue sharing widely about the voter registration even as we prepare for the 2027 elections.

Rethinking Feminist Ecosystems for Social Justice CSW70 Parallel Event . We had a reflective dialogue at the event on practical strategies for sustaining feminist leadership and social justice work in hostile environments.

In the face of shrinking civic space and chronic underfunding, young feminist leaders are
rethinking how movements survive. The event spotlighted how young women across Africa and beyond are building resilient, intersectional strategies from grassroots organising and legal advocacy to digital mobilisation and collective care.

We remain committed to creating spaces to ensure young women build their resilient and remain active in the leadership space.
