Many African children looses basic for good future just because on none other than poor financial background where parents cant cater for school fees,others have no parents and get in to streets and end up being thugs and drug addicts/dealers .many disabled people also lack chances in our society because in Africa many minds knows disability is inability and such people are ignored in our society.
