The mission of “Global Climate and Sustainable Development” is to educate and build knowledge continually on the science behind climate change where all people especially children are educated, inspired to take action and are prepared to embrace tomorrow's global climate and sustainable development challenges. Supporting UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (DESD)

• To promote education and inform as an important means to enhance adaptation to climate change in the context of sustainable development and help general public and next generations understand and relate to the issues, make lifestyle changes to reduce Greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to changing local conditions.

• To inform public and private sector stakeholders (national stakeholders, policy makers, vulnerable communities’ women and media organizations) Energy, Agricultural, Transportation, Coastal areas, Society, Ecosystems, Food Supply, Human Health the potential impacts of climate change.

• To help people understand, address, mitigate, adapt to the impact of Climate change encourage changes in their attitudes, behavior, increase "climate literacy" among young people to put the country and world on a more sustainable development path and build a new generation of climate change aware citizens.

• To provide quality climate change education; encouraging innovative teaching approaches to integrate climate change education in school and by raising awareness about climate change as well as enhancing non-formal education programmes through media, networking and partnerships.

• To relay information, at mass and interpersonal levels, in order to improve public understanding of the environmental problems we face globally. Objectives

• To promote dialogue, debate and discussion on issues of global concern at various levels of environment and health and actively participate in their consultative mechanisms as an educative and communication group.

• To engage in collaborative agreements with similar forums, institutions and organizations in other parts of the world and promote "excellence in global climate and sustainable development".

Our Story

Our Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives

The Global Solutions and Environmental Protection is a registered organization in Kenya and hosts other programmes like “Better Family Life and Young Global Ambassadors, that raises awareness of global challenges and issues.

GSEP organization finds solutions to global issues around 17 Sustainable Development Global Goals. The organization creates awareness and communicate ideas, conducts panel discussions, rallies, outreaches and interviews.

To improve health, empower women, protect climate and environment.

To expand economic opportunities for women and girls relying on polluting, open fires or inefficient stove, lowering time spent collecting fuel or cooking enabling them work in paid economy and to remain in school.

Contribute to the achievement of the SDG7 objective on universal energy access.

Forge global networks and partnership with organizations that specialises in clean cooking.

Champion for adoption of clean cooking methods by creating awareness to increase consumer demand, steady supply for clean cookstoves and fuels.

Provide professional services in areas of research, workshops, seminars and capacity building.

GSEP promotes International Development particularly climate adaptation measures that addresses rainwater harvesting and gender equality.

We prevent the impacts of climate change like floods and droughts by implementing Rainwater Harvesting techniques.

At GSEP we gather data and aid households and institutions in Kenya to be able to measure and setup rainwater harvesting storages or systems to help collect and store rain water.

GSEP promotes educational campaigns aimed at increasing implementation of sustainable development goals and environmental awareness.

GSM - Africa is a communication and public relations channel through which news and education on global issues and Sustainable Development Goals as listed by the United Nations are disseminated.

Its mission is educational on social, economic, political and environmental problems that adversely affects the global community and our environment in a catastrophic way.

The Organization focuses on the United Nations, its agencies and the role they play in handling global issues as well as initiating new ideas for a functioning global governance.

The organization educates, trains, raise awareness campaigns, conducts outreaches, panel discussions in institutions of learning and face to face interviews with stakeholders on sustainable development goals and global issues .
