A man traveled from Terekeka to Juba to sell his cows. He sold them successfully and received USD 8,000.

One of his friends advised him, "Don't carry all that cash. Open a bank account, deposit the money, and get an ATM card so you can withdraw your money whenever you need it."

The man agreed. He opened a bank account, deposited his money, and was given an ATM card.
The bank staff showed him how to use the ATM. They asked him to withdraw USD 100 as a test. He did it successfully and went home very happy.

The next day, he came back to the ATM. While standing there, he saw another customer withdrawing money.

Immediately, the man started shouting, "My money! My money! Someone is taking my money!"
He grabbed a stick and chased the poor man, even hitting him.

The bank staff quickly rushed over and stopped the fight. They explained, "Calm down! This ATM is for everyone. Many people keep their money in this bank. When someone withdraws cash, it doesn't mean they are taking your money."

The man finally understood and smiled. At first, he had thought that any money coming out of the ATM had to be his. After realizing his mistake, he quietly walked away.

Moral of the story: Sometimes we fight, hurt, or even kill one another simply because of limited knowledge or misunderstanding.

Lest we forget 2024...
Linus Kaikai: Mr president,24 people have been killed so far following finance bill protests. 39 are missing because of state devian abductions. The question here is simple Mr president,do you have blood on your hands?

Ruto: I don't have blood on my hands. I'm aware 19 security officers are dead and 2.4B worth of property is lost .

Joe Ageyo: Mr president,we have Rex Masai for example, shot in the middle of the streets of Nairobi. There's a 12 year old boy , Kennedy Onyango, whose mother narrated how 8 bullets were emptied into his tiny body while he was going to get books . What do you tell the mother of this child? Your excellency, don't you feel a sense of responsibility for what's going on in the country?

Ruto: The boy is alive ,right?
