We are excited to share that our team conducted an internal self reflection and role-based orientation + training meeting at our office this morning!

A strong team is a free mind. A happy team is an empowered team. 💚

Through self reflection activities, we created space for each person to heal, grow, and realign with purpose. Through role-based training, we sharpened how we show up for our communities — with clarity, dignity, and collaboration at the center.
