If you report a crime and the police demand fuel money, who is committing the real crime?

If you report a crime and the police say,
Gijana, bring small fuel money so we can go and arrest him.

Now question is, who is committing the real crime?

Because last I checked, fuel money is not in the Criminal Code, but extørtiøn is.

The day you report a thïêf and end up sponsoring the arrest yourself,

you’ll start wondering who to arrest next, the thīëf or the officer.

Our system is funny, but the law is still the law.

If you ever face that kind of situation, politely ask for the officer’s name and ID,
or report at the divisional headquarters.

Justice should not need fuel before it moves.
