Our second BPO Firm Advisory under the Programme is complete! 🇰🇪🌍

Expertly facilitated by Steve Mambo, the session brought Kenyan BPO firms together to explore two areas becoming increasingly important for global service delivery: cybersecurity and GDPR compliance. 🔐

The conversation focused on strengthening data protection, managing cyber risk and building the trust and readiness international clients expect from service providers.

The camera was only part of the story.

At Visual Capital Nairobi, we discovered that great creatives don't just create.

💡 They solve problems.
🎨 They build brands.
💼 They build businesses.

From photography with **Kelvin from Klenses** to videography, editing and sound, participants learned what it takes to turn creativity into opportunity.

Then came the SIYB Business Game, where teams built brands, made business decisions and proved that creativity and entrepreneurship go hand in hand.

Experienced photographers. First time creators. One community.

By the end of two days, Nairobi had one question:

When are we doing this again?

That was one of the biggest takeaways from our Your Business Beyond the Logo workshop in Kisumu.

For two days, entrepreneurs, youth, civil society organisations and social enterprises challenged the way they think about branding. From consistency and storytelling to building trust, the conversations went far beyond logos.
