Last Friday, we had the privilege of participating in a meeting on digital health, where we explored how technology is transforming healthcare and reviewed some of the digital health products under the One2One program.

The discussions highlighted the remarkable progress made through the Program by Health, particularly in leveraging digital solutions to enhance service delivery, access accurate information and improve health outcomes for communities.

Digital innovation continues to reshape the future of healthcare, making information and services more accessible, responsive, and people-centered. I look forward to contributing to and supporting initiatives that harness technology to improve health and well-being.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Too often, men are expected to stay silent about their struggles. This month, we encourage open conversations, support, and understanding around mental health.

Every man deserves a safe space to express his feelings, seek help when needed, and prioritize his well-being without fear of judgment.

Let's check in on our fathers, brothers, sons, friends, and colleagues. A simple conversation can make a difference.

🗣️ Speak up.
🤝 Reach out.
đź’™ Support one another.

Let this Eid remind us of the importance of kindness, unity, sacrifice, and supporting one another within our communities.

May peace, happiness, and endless blessings be upon you and your loved ones during this holy celebration. 🤍

Healthy relationships start with respect.

Real love is not about control, pressure, or fear; it’s about trust, communication, consent, and supporting each other’s growth. Everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, valued, and respected in their relationships.

Let’s promote relationships that inspire peace, equality, and happiness.

Mental health affects how we think, feel, relate, and function every day. Yet many people still suffer in silence due to stigma and lack of support.

As we mark Mental Health Awareness Month, let us commit to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces for young people and communities to speak openly, seek support, and access care without fear of judgment.

Every conversation matters. Every life matters.

Football has the power to unite, inspire, and transform lives. âš˝

Through the Cheza Mechi Safe project, Impact 4 Youth Kenya is using the game to spark important conversations about health, safety, and responsible choices among young people.

Every pass, every goal, and every match is a reminder that staying safe is the real victory. Let’s stand together to build a generation that plays smart—on and off the field.

Stress is real. Anxiety is real. But so is support, healing, and community.

Join us for the Mental Health Walk - where every step you take helps break the silence, fight stigma, and promote open conversations around mental well-being. This is more than just a walk… it’s a movement for awareness, connection, and hope. Whether you're walking for yourself, a friend, or your community - your presence matters.

Let’s remind each other: It’s okay to not be okay. The walk will start from Kisimani to Mombasa, 1400hrs, on Saturday. Come ready to walk, connect, and uplift one another

Art is a powerful tool for advocacy. We are using creative art to spark conversations, raise awareness, and stand together against Gender-Based Violence. Together, we can end GBV. Through the Badilika Campaign, we are using art to amplify young people's voices and inspire change in our communities. Nimechanuka

Our organization participated in the Youth Advocates Technical Assistance Workshop focused on budget advocacy, gaining valuable insights into the budgeting process facilitated by NAYA Kenya

During the session, we analyzed the Mombasa County CFSP 2026 (County Fiscal Strategy Paper) and discussed its implications for our community.

The workshop equipped us with essential tools and strategies to effectively advocate for youth-focused initiatives and ensure that youth voices are heard in the budgeting process.
