For Point Zero Coffee, the Resilient Sustainable Business (RSB) Program, introduced by I&M Bank, has encouraged the business to look at its operations through a more responsible lens.

The program has sparked practical changes, from rethinking their packaging and exploring biodegradable coffee packaging, to considering what happens to coffee grounds after use and how they can be disposed of more responsibly.
