Today, the gospel of the ST⭐R Award, powered by the Bob Mwiti Foundation, reached Pentecostal Calvary Worship Center Ministry in Mboone Village, Kiegoi Ward, Igembe South Constituency, Meru County.

It was a beautiful reminder that when hope is shared within a community, it has the power to reach further and touch more lives. Through faith, unity, and a shared belief in the potential of our children, the message was clear: their dreams matter, and they deserve every opportunity to pursue them.

The ST⭐R Award is more than financial support. It is a message of encouragement, a spark of possibility, and a reminder to every young dreamer that they are seen, valued, and supported.

Together, we can build a community where no child has to give up on their dreams simply because of their circumstances.

Lizlinet Kathammbi of St. Mary’s Girls is a beneficiary of the ST⭐️R Award. Her family learnt about the Bob Mwiti Foundation through a friend, prepared the required documents, and submitted their application.

Luckily, Lizlinet was selected to receive the ST⭐️R Award, giving her family much-needed support in her education journey.

The family is deeply grateful to Bob Mwiti and the Bob Mwiti Foundation for the support and for standing with Lizlinet as she pursues her dreams.

Today, we continued a journey that is steadily growing into a movement of hope.

THE ST⭐R AWARD, powered by the Bob Mwiti Foundation, was honored to present this award to Juster Karugi, a resilient young girl from Miuine Village, Antuambui Ward, Igembe North Constituency, Meru County.

Juster is currently a Grade 10 student at St. Mary’s Girls Senior School. She is one of four siblings and has been raised by her mother after her father neglected the family.

For Juster, staying in school has not always been easy. School fees and basic learning materials have often been difficult to afford, placing a heavy burden on her family.

Despite these challenges, Juster continues to choose determination over despair, hope over hardship, and ambition over uncertainty.

This award is our way of telling Juster: you are seen, you are valued, and you are believed in. Today, we stood with her, helping ease part of the burden and reminding her that her education and dreams are worth protecting.

Mary Makena first heard about the Bob Mwiti Foundation through a family friend who encouraged her to work hard in school so she could qualify for the opportunity.

She took that advice seriously, attained the required grade, and went on to apply for the ST⭐️R Award.

For Mary and her mother, being selected has brought relief, encouragement, and renewed hope in her education journey.

Mary Makena’s challenges in school go beyond fees.

Under the Grade 10 CBC curriculum, some assignments require students to record their work using a smartphone and save it on a flash drive. But these are resources Mary’s mother simply cannot afford.

Still, Mary continues to look beyond what she lacks today. Her dream is to become a doctor and one day help people facing illness, inspired by watching her own mother struggle with poor health.
