✨ WEZESHA TUKUZE JAMII IN ACTION ✨

Last week, Wezesha Tukuze Jamii walked into classrooms — and walked out with hearts full. ❤️

We shared sanitary towels with our girls and socks with the boychild, but more than that, we shared hope, dignity, and love.
We believe that no child should be left behind — and that both girls and boys deserve support to stay confident and focused in school.

Seeing those smiles reminded us why we started — to lift others, one act of kindness at a time. 🌿

Gratitude to everyone who keeps believing in this dream. Together, we’re creating a ripple that will reach far beyond our community. 💫

ON THIS DAY THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME THE TOPICS THAT WILL BE DISCUSSED:

1.SEX EDUCATION AND SEXUAL ABUSE
-Did you know some children are being abused sexually even by relatives and they don't know who to speak to
-Rape.A child might have been raped and threatened and they are never free to open up even to their parents.We have come to give them a place to speak their fear and teach them how to respond to such situations.
-Premarital sex and it's effects too will be taught not forgetting the great threat in our community of early pregnancies where the future of children with big dreams have been ruined.

2.HEALTH AND HYGIENE
-Teens will be taught on changes likely to take place in their bodies and how to respond to them.
-Sexually transmitted disease and prevention

3.DRUGS AND DRUG ABUSE
-Types of drugs and make them aware some snacks these days are not just snacks for example "weed cookies and some sweets"
-Effects of drug addiction

4.CAUSES OF STRESS AND EFFECTS
-We will be reminding them SUICIDE is not a solution to stress.

5.SOCIAL MEDIA AND INTERNET AWARENESS
-We will be sensitizing them on some issues pertaining the social media bearing in mind that Internet these days things have changed.Our children are being exposed to some things they are not supposed to be knowing at their age.

6.CHILDREN-PARENT RELATIONSHIP
-Some children especially those brought up in families where marriage didn't work live in Soo much hatred of the other parent
-Others pressure their parents to let them know the other parent yet the mother/father is not at a point to do that.

7.CARREER AND ACADEMIC MENTORSHIP
-Children need to be told the truth that they can't be all of them equal in terms of academic performance but still not being the first one like that other student is not a reason for school dropout.
-We have to remind them that we are almost getting into days where academic papers matters leave alone the background you come from or who you know.

PLEASE ADVISE A TEENAGER TO PURPOSE AND ATTEND.

PURPOSE TO SUPPORT AS WELL NOT FORGETTING THEY WILL BE PROVIDED WITH LUNCH THAT DAY.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO MAKE THIS DAY A SUCCESS .BE A BLESSING BY CONTRIBUTING TOWARDS LUNCH,A PACK OF SANITARY TOWEL OR A BOXER.
