On friday 10/10/2025 during Mazingira Day we received team from Water Resource Authority (WRA)led by sub region Manager Mr. Nyagha at the community conservancy to asses and analyze the movement, distribution, and quality of water to inform ecological restoration plans for the restoration project funded by WWF and with the sprit of promoting tree planting in schools through integrating it into the curriculum, and engaging the wider community through pupils to connect with nature, create green spaces, and foster a culture of environmental responsibility through hands-on projects like planting and managing their own trees we distributed over 2000 tree seedlings both indigenous and exotic to 5 primary schools around the conservancy.
Thanks conservancy Rangers for making that activity a success.
