The ITC Foundation's SAUTI YANGU SKILLS Program (launched in 2023) empowers Kenyan youth and women by providing technical skills training, entrepreneurship support, and financing. Focused on sectors like construction,Tourism Sector ,
automotive, and Fashion, it has supported over 7500 enterprises, creating roughly 340 jobs through training, mentorship, and startup toolkits.

The ITC Foundation SAUTI YANGU 2Jiajiri SKILLS Program (launched in 2023) empowers Kenyan youth and women by providing technical skills training, entrepreneurship support, and financing. Focused on sectors like CONSTRUCTION, TOURISM SECTOR, and FASHION DESIGN , it has supported over 1850 enterprises, creating roughly 200 jobs through training, mentorship, and startup toolkits.

Training includes Agriculture, Automotive Engineering, Building & Construction, Beauty & Personal Care, and Tourism Sector Areas etc...
Empowerment Model:
Beyond training, the program provides startup toolkits, mentorship, and business development services (BDS).
Financial Access:
Participants gain access to discounted loans and financial services through Village Integrated Self~Sustainable Savings and Loans Initiative 《VISSSLI》, with a dedicated outsourced touristy kitty fund for youth-led start-up capital
Target Audience:
Out-of-school, unemployed, and underprivileged youths, specifically between 18 and 35 years old.
Job Creation Goal:
