There are moments in leadership that remind you just how far a vision has come.

When I founded Pamoja Girls and Boys, I found myself wearing many hats. Alongside serving as CEO, I also took on the responsibility of leading our programs, working with schools, coordinating mentorship activities, supporting our volunteers, and ensuring that every initiative reflected our mission of Ending Teenage Pregnancies and Restoring the Dignity of the Boy Child. It has been a journey of purpose, sacrifice, and immense gratitude.

As our organization continues to grow, so does the work before us. We are reaching more schools, building stronger partnerships, and expanding our impact in the communities we serve.

Today, I am delighted to share an important milestone in our journey. Dorcas Masika, who has faithfully served Pamoja Girls and Boys as a volunteer for quite some time, is stepping into the role of Head of Programs.

Dorcas is not new to our family. She has walked this journey with us, understands our vision, and has consistently demonstrated a genuine passion for mentoring and empowering young people. I am confident that her leadership will strengthen our programs and help us serve even more schools and communities with excellence.

This is not me stepping away, it is our organization growing stronger.

To everyone who has supported Pamoja Girls and Boys over the years, Asante sana. Your trust has made this milestone possible.

Please join me in congratulating and welcoming Dorcas Masika as our new Head of Programs.

The journey continues, and I truly believe the best is yet to come.

Kibanda umiza vs Round city was 🔥

Today, we were honored to be part of the Kijiwetanga Boda Boda Riders’ Vijiweni Tournament in Malindi, where our volunteers, Fredrick Santos and Dorcas Masika, engaged young people in a meaningful conversation on balancing talent with discipline and making wise decisions in life.

We applaud the organizers for creating a positive platform that brings together youth from different boda boda stages (vijiwe), offering an alternative to idleness and negative influences.

We believe that when sports are combined with mentorship and positive guidance, young people not only sharpen their talents but also build strong character and responsible leadership.

As the tournament progresses toward the finals, we look forward to walking alongside the participants through mentorship and encouragement, supporting where possible. This reflects our mission of Restoring the dignity of the boy child, while inspiring every young person to pursue their dreams with discipline, purpose, and integrity.

Today marks an exciting new chapter as Pamoja Girls officially becomes Pamoja Girls & Boys.

This rebranding reflects our growth, our unity, and our commitment to serving both girls and boys under one shared mission. With one name and one logo, we proudly move forward as one organization dedicated to empowering young people, creating lasting change and promoting inclusivity

For years, you've supported our work in mentoring girls, distributing sanitary towels and dignity kits, and championing the message of Ending Teenage Pregnancies for the Girl Child. As we grow, we are equally committed to Restoring the Dignity of the Boy Child through meaningful mentorship, empowerment, and life-changing programs.

From today, this page will be your home for updates on all our activities, initiatives, and success stories. We have exciting programs ahead, and we can't wait to share this journey with you.

Today under the guidance of the Ganda ward public health officer , we were able to conduct a menstrual hygiene talk at Miwani primary school in miwani village.

Together with students under his supervision from Northcoast medical college, it was truly an insightful session as the students learnt from them.

We appreciate the continued partnership that we have with the public health department- Ganda ward as we continue to help the students in various issues patterning health.

Let's meet at maziwani this Wednesday as we tackle drugs and substance abuse among the school going boys..are you ready????
