Currently, we are focused on projects in Kenya, where we founded the Lugari Community Resource Centre. The Lugari Community Resource Centre serves the people in the Western Province of Kenya. Willing Hearts International Society Canada (WHISCA) is a registered charity and has been in operation since 2003, where we completed projects in Chad and Cameroon. WHISCA moved its focus to Kenya in 2009. Is

to eliminate poverty and empower the community in the town of Lugari, Kenya through health, agriculture, micro-business, leadership, and education courses taught at the Lugari Community Centre.

We need 200 backpacks for the girls leadership camp, so we have ordered them from the staff who sew the menstrual kits at Lugari, which employes local women.
The girls get backpacks and local women are employed!
