As Life Changing Mentorship CBO Kenya continues to gain recognition for mentoring and transforming the lives of young people across Kenya, we are delighted to launch a special initiative: Operation Okoa Boychild – Arise and Shine Initiative.
This initiative is dedicated to mentoring, empowering, guiding, and restoring hope to the boy child through mentorship programs, leadership training, life skills, career guidance, counselling, and Christian values. We believe that when we transform one boy, we transform a family, a community, and a generation.

Today, Life Changing Mentorship CBO Kenya was privileged to join the youths of AIC Bureti South Region for a powerful Youth Rally and Mentorship program.
The team was led by our Founder and CEO, Ngeno K. Gilbert, accompanied by five dedicated members of the organization. Together, we shared messages of hope, purpose, godly character, leadership, and the importance of mentorship in transforming lives.
We sincerely appreciate AIC Bureti South Region for the warm welcome and the opportunity to invest in the lives of young people. We remain committed to our mission of Mentoring Beyond Imagination, empowering the next generation to become responsible, God-fearing, and impactful leaders.

Life Changing Mentorship CBO Kenya successfully concluded a series of meetings at AIC Sosit in Bureti Sub-County, Kericho County, where the topic “Counseling of Youths in Contemporary Society and the Role of the Church” was addressed. The mentorship program, conducted throughout April, included a total of 22 mentorship sessions. Today’s session was led by the CEO of the organization, who was accompanied by five members of the team. The organization continues to partner with churches and schools to mentor and transform youths across the region.

Life Changing Mentorship CBO Kenya has made history by becoming the first organization to host over 500 youths in a powerful mentorship program held in Ngererit, Konoin Sub-County. The event marked a significant milestone in the journey of transforming young lives through guidance, empowerment, and mentorship.
The CEO of the organization, Ngeno Gilbert, was highly congratulated for a job well done. His leadership, vision, and commitment to mentoring youths across Kenya continue to bear great fruit. This achievement stands as a strong testimony that mentorship is truly impacting the current generation.

This was the first time a mentorship program of this kind was held in Kisiara Ward, making it a historic and impactful event. Many youths turned up with enthusiasm, ready to learn, be guided, and be empowered for a better future.
The event marked a significant step in shaping and mentoring the young generation, giving them hope, direction, and strength to overcome the pressures and challenges they face today.

Today, Life Changing Mentorship CBO Kenya, led by CEO Ngeno K. Gilbert, successfully facilitated a Leaders Training at PEFA Church, Konoin Sub-County, held at Kaptebengwet High School.
The training equipped leaders with practical skills, godly values, and visionary leadership to guide and impact the youth and the church.
