Our democracy is still young. Mistakes may have been made, choices were taken, and lessons continue to be learned. But if we commit ourselves to accountability, integrity, and long-term thinking, Kenya can still become the nation we all dream about.
And when we speak about leadership, let us not only think about the President.Let our minds go all the way down to the grassroots to the Member of County Assembly, the nominated leaders, the Member of Parliament, and the Senator who is supposed to play the role of oversight.
Ask yourself honestly: What is he or she doing for the people?
Devolution was never meant to concentrate power at the top. It was designed to trickle down development and opportunity to every village, every ward, and every community.
That is why there is still hope. Yes there is still hope.
Kenya does not need miracles. Kenya needs ethical leadership, strong institutions, and citizens who refuse to normalize mediocrity.
Especially now under devolution, the power begins at the ward level. If we want better leadership, we must choose the best among us starting with the MCA and all the way up.
The future of this country will not only be decided in State House or Parliament. It will be decided in our homes, in our communities, in the conversations we choose to have, and in the leaders we choose to support.
That is why your voice matters.
Be ready with your ID. Register as a voter.
Kenya belongs to all of us.
And the responsibility to build it also belongs to all of us. Not just the president . As much as you need accountability from the presidency can you first do it to yourself? Be accountable first with smallest of all,Do you have a voters card?
Let us choose courage over fear, unity over division, and service over power.
The Kenya we want is still possible.
Have you registered as a voter? If not, why?
Because the real power
Real Pawa begins with being a voter.❤️
Good morning and have a great day ahead!~ ~
