Walk with Dignity – End the Jigger Menace

Jigger infestation remains one of the most serious yet preventable public health challenges affecting vulnerable communities in Saboti Sub-County and beyond. Thousands of people, especially children, continue to suffer, denying them the opportunity to live healthy, productive, and dignified lives.

At Mukhongo Charity Foundation , we are committed to restoring hope and dignity through our Walk with Dignity – Jigger Eradication Initiative. Together with our partners, volunteers, and well-wishers, we continue to reach vulnerable communities with treatment, health education, footwear, and essential support.

In those moments, all you can do is lift your eyes toward heaven, with tears in your eyes, and whisper:

"Lord, let Your will be done."

Today, we stand in prayer for everyone carrying burdens too heavy to explain—those who smile before the world while silently breaking within.

May the Lord strengthen every weary heart, restore every fading hope, heal every hidden wound, and remind us that even in our darkest moments, He has never left our side.
