⭐️⭐️Please meet Damaris Anna Akinyi ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This little beauty came to live with us as part of Gillaj Star yesterday, we have prayed about this decision and believe it was right to expand our family. 🇰🇪💕 Damaris comes to us from a very difficult home that we can’t really get into as it’s quite distressing but We thank God we were able to provide a safe and loving home for this little one. Damaris came with all that she had in a small shopping bag. Today she has woken up, had breakfast and is already playing like she has lived here her whole life. A big thank you to the wonderful lady from the UK who has made the decision to sponsor Damaris what a blessing. 💕

How many take a bed for granted? 🤔 these 2 young girls live with their grandmother and sleep on the floor with no mattress or mat, today we were able to give them 3 mattresses. These were donated by Slemish College when they came for their visit in June.

We would like to take time to thank everyone for their messages and prayers regarding the loss of our group and family member Moshel. We have taken some time off to grieve as a family.

The work has continued over the last few weeks and we are excited to share with you all some of our new projects and initiatives here in Rabuor Kenya.

At Gillaj Star CBO we have some very sad news to share that our beloved Moshel has passed away.
He was a founding part of Gillaj Star and a very special member of Ibrahim’s family.
Moshel was a very talented singer and loved worshipping in church as well as sharing the Gospel with others.
We will miss him but we are thankful that he is now rejoicing in Heaven. 💙
Now comes the time to start to make arrangements for burial and that can be expensive when there is no money. As Gillaj Star we will be contributing financially but if you feel to help please get in touch.
