We are really appreciative to see our girls are doing well and ready to face the world by raising their voices to advocate for the matter that touch lives in the community.

One of the girls with the support of others were able to participate in shooting a story of 13 year old was defiled and how things turn out in her life. Despite the challenges she faced today she's impacting the community by mentoring adolescent girls and young women in informal settlement in Kisumu county.

As the organization we are really obligated to have participated 23rd, September,2025 in ODPs Leadership Engagement and Development Project Phase II Launch. where were graced by the presences of the following great leaders in Kisumu:
1. Director TINADA/HuB
2. Director NCPWDs
3. Gender department in charge.
4. Communication department in charge
5. County commissioner Kisumu
It was such an amazing place where three regions were present to share the impact they had made from Phase I .
The regions are as follows:
1. Kisumu
2. coastal region
3.Tharaka Nithi

We are looking forward to the implementation of Phase two under the support of Cbm Global Disability Inclusion through partnership of Hope Women With Disabilities.

It was a great opportunity for us to learn from Investigative stories and the Safiri project that aims to empower young journalist in their work and how to relate with the community. We also learnt about the role each person and sectors are playing in educating our communities about media and we adjourn the meeting by giving some recommendations.
